Wyatt Brown

Wyatt has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, development, and lending. He has managed financial and accounting operations for a real estate portfolio exceeding $700 million and has led the underwriting and capital raising of more than $300 million in industrial, storage, and land development projects. Prior to Freedom, Wyatt served as Vice President of Finance for a Phoenix-based development firm. He began his career at Wells Fargo, where he originated and underwrote commercial real estate loans. Wyatt holds a B.S. in Accounting from Arizona State University.
