Maribel Segovia

Maribel is focused on loan originations for Freedom Financial Funds, LLC.  She serves as the primary representative for Southern California, but also assists clients seeking financing in the western States.  Maribel has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. Prior to joining Freedom, Maribel was with Cathay Bank for almost ten years providing construction and term financing for various collateral types including multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use projects.  Her experience also includes CMBS financing, having worked for both CIBC and Countrywide Commercial.  Maribel received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Los Angeles.
